Station No. 43, 103rd & Fort

The fire station sits a couple blocks north of the intersection of 103rd & Fort Streets. The station serves Northwest Omaha and operates along Fort Street and the north interstate corridor.

The station’s fire suppression compliment includes Engine No. 43, a 2024 Pierce Enforcer, Engine No. 243, a 2003 Ford F-450 brush truck, and Battalion 4, a 2022 Ford F-150 and vehicle of the district Battalion Chief.

The fire station lies in close proximity to several lakes: Flanagan, Standing Bear, and Cunningham. To address these rescue threats the station also holds Rescue Boat 43, a RescueONE Connector.

The fire station is also a location of one of the fire department’s pre-positioned mass casualty trailer.
