Station No. 21, 34th & Ames

The fire station was built in 1979 and has always been designated as Station No. 21.

The suppression compliment includes Engine No. 21, a 2017 Rosenbauer Commander, Truck No. 21, a 2020 E-One Cyclone, and Battalion 2, a Ford F-150, and vehicle of the district Battalion Chief.

The fire station sits along Ames Avenue, and with easy access to 30th Street, responds to large swaths of North Omaha and Florence.

The station’s logo denotes the station’s number, featuring an ace and king of spades blackjack hand.
