Station No. 1, 15th & Jackson

Station No. 1 was opened in 1967.

Station No. 1 serves as the fire department’s central headquarters, with the offices of the Fire Chief, Assistant Chiefs, and Assistant Fire Marshal.

The station’s suppression compliment include Engine No. 1, a 2017 Rosenbauer Commander, Truck No. 1, a 2024 Pierce Enforcer, and Battalion 1, the district Battalion Chief.

The station’s EMS compliment include Medic No. 1, a 2022 Ford F-450, Medic No. 2, a 2022 Ford F-450, and Supervisor 1, the Paramedic Shift Supervisor.

The station also houses Engine 201, a 2002 Chevrolet 3500 Brush Truck, UTV 1, a 2023 Bobcat Utility vehicle, and Rescue Boat 1, for responses on the Missouri River.
