Station No. 8, 41st & Hamilton

Fire Station No. 8 was opened in October 1891.  It originally was the quarters for Hose No. 8,  motorized on August 2, 1916 and reclassified as Engine No. 8 in 1918.  It remained an active firehouse until Engine No. 8 moved to new quarters in October 1938.  The building was demolished.
