Fire Station No. 19 opened on April 20, 1923. The firehouse was a single story, one bay firehouse that replaced a 2 story wood frame firehouse that originally served as a South Omaha fire station. Originally quarters to Hose No. 19 when South Omaha was annexed on July 1, 1915, it was motorized in 1918 and reclassified as Engine No. 19. It remained an active firehouse until January 31, 1966. It currently is privately owned by a religious institution.
