Fire  Station No. 15 was opened on May 6, 1910.  It was a 2 story brick structure with 2 apparatus bays.  It was quarters for Hose No. 15 and Truck No. 5.  Hose No. 15 was motorized on July 27, 1916 and reclassified as Engine No. 15 in 1918.  Truck No. 5 was motorized on June 12, 1917.  In 1938 the second floor was removed and an addition was added on to allow the Omaha Fire Department vehicle repair shop to relocate from Fire Station No. 1 at 11th and Jackson to Fire Station No. 15.  It was renumbered to Fire Station No. 21 on January 31, 1966.  It remained an active firehouse until a new Fire Station 21 was constructed in 1979.  Currently the building privately owned by a storage company.
